High Contract Foundation (HCC) is a general contracting company based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, serving the Kingdom since 1986. With decades of experience, we specialize in civil construction, steel fabrication, PEB erection, electro-mechanical works, and industrial maintenance.

Our History
HCC was founded in 1986 with a vision to become one of the Kingdom’s most reliable contracting partners. Over the years, we have grown from a small establishment into a multi-disciplinary contracting company, completing projects in civil, mechanical, electrical, and steel fabrication sectors. Today, we continue to play a vital role in supporting Saudi Arabia’s infrastructure and industrial development.
